You'll work with small groups and individuals, helping to close learning gaps, reinforce core concepts, and develop problem-solving skills. You’ll collaborate with maths teachers and the pastoral team to adapt resources and support lesson delivery where needed. Expect to play a key role in raising confidence and outcomes for students preparing for GCSEs.The CandidateYou’re a maths graduate (or a related subject) with a solid grasp of the curriculum and a genuine interest in education. You're clear, confident, and able to explain maths in a way that makes sense to learners at all levels. Experience in tutoring, mentoring or classroom support is a strong plus.
