You’ll help pupils struggling to keep up, as well as stretch those aiming for top grades. Tasks will include reinforcing core concepts, supporting revision, and building pupils’ confidence with problem-solving and exam technique. You’ll work closely with the maths department and contribute to the school’s wider intervention strategy.The CandidateYou’ve got a 2:1 or above in maths or a closely related subject, strong A-Levels, and experience working with young people in any setting—schools, tutoring, mentoring, youth work. You’re calm, clear, and confident in your subject knowledge, and you know how to explain tricky topics in a way that makes sense.
