Job Opportunity: Multi-Trade Carpenter in Birmingham

Daniel Owen are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our team. If you have a solid background in building repairs and maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Carpentry and joinery skills
Fire door fitting and repairs
Kitchen repairs and replacements
Fire stopping
Plumbing
Plaster patching
Tiling and grouting
Locksmithing
Fault finding (e.g., fitting fire doors, leaking showers, replacing kitchen worktops, units, etc.)
Fencing experience

Requirements:

Relevant trade qualifications and/or experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently

Job Details:

Hourly Rate: 20-21 per hour (CIS)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long term - ongoing work
Van and Fuel card included
