Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a contract position in Stratford Upon Avon with a leading Social Housing company.
The role offers a salary of £22 per hour under CIS/Umbrella PAYE, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Overtime is compensated at enhanced rates, and there is an option for a call-out rota.
Candidates must possess City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualifications, along with essential multi-trade experience, a full UK driving license, and their own van and tools.
This is a temporary position focused on repairs, maintenance, and quality checks while adhering to health and safety regulations.

For the successful Multi Trader our client is offering:

£22 per hour (CIS/Umbrella PAYE)
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary

The Role: Multi Trader

Working throughout Stratford Upon Avon
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Multi Trader

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Own van and tools ESSENTIAL
Multi trade experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
