Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to work at an Early Years setting in Bartley Green. The school want to appoint someone from Easter until the end of the academic year on a part time basis, 3 days per week.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

Supporting Nursery aged children
Assisting with personal care and ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment
Working alongside the Class Teacher and TA to deliver engaging activities
Observing and assessing children's progress in line with EYFS standards
Promoting positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare policies are strictly followed

Required Skills and Experience:

Relevant Level 3 qualification
Knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Experience working in Nursery or Primary school settings
