- Aspire People is seeking Primary Teachers to join their supply register for PPA cover in various West Midlands schools starting September 2025.
- The role requires a minimum of two years of teaching experience in primary school classes and a relevant QTS qualification.
- Teachers will cover PPA time for permanent staff without any planning responsibilities and must work through the entire summer term.
- Salary will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and hours worked, with specific rates to be discussed upon application.
- Candidates must also be willing to obtain a DBS registered to the update service and provide relevant references.
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
This role includes the following:
* Required to work for the entirety of the summer term.
* Covering in a range of year groups while covering PPA time for permanent staff members.
* This role will not include any planning or making.
* To start from as soon as possible as this is an ongoing role.

To be considered for the role of PPA Teacher, you will need to ..
* Be assured in their teaching ability and have previous experience teaching in classes in all age groups at a Primary school level.
* Have a strong willingness to work as part of a driven team of staff while creating a strong working relationship with colleagues.
* Be adaptable to different classes across the schools
* Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
* Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
* Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Salary dependent on hours worked.
