Job Role: SEND Teacher
Location: Birmingham

We’re seeking a thoughtful and committed SEND teacher to join a specialist provision that supports pupils with ASC, SEMH and a range of additional needs. With a strong emphasis on individualised learning, this role is ideal for qualified teachers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. You’ll be supporting children and young people in a creative, flexible and holistic way – helping to boost engagements and transform their educational journey.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate effectively with support staff and therapists to meet pupils’ EHCP goals
Promote social, emotional, and behavioural development

We’re looking for someone who:

Has UK QTS or relevant teaching qualification with SEND experience
Demonstrates empathy, patience, and resilience
Understands the needs of pupils with ASC and can adapt their teaching accordingly
Is proactive and confident in managing behaviours positively
Can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
