Job Role: SEND Teacher
Location: Birmingham
We’re seeking a thoughtful and committed SEND teacher to join a specialist provision that supports pupils with ASC, SEMH and a range of additional needs. With a strong emphasis on individualised learning, this role is ideal for qualified teachers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. You’ll be supporting children and young people in a creative, flexible and holistic way – helping to boost engagements and transform their educational journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate effectively with support staff and therapists to meet pupils’ EHCP goals
- Promote social, emotional, and behavioural development

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has UK QTS or relevant teaching qualification with SEND experience
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and resilience
- Understands the needs of pupils with ASC and can adapt their teaching accordingly
- Is proactive and confident in managing behaviours positively
- Can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
