TELESALES ADMINISTRATOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 7.30AM - 4.00PM

12.50 - 14.00 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties

Working as a Telesales Administrator for our client your duties will be:

  • Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
  • Handling inbound calls
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Process orders
  • Provide admin support to the Sales team
  • Liaise with external companies

Essential Skills

As a Telesales Administrator it is essential that you:

  • Previous telesales experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable making B2B and B2C calls
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages, such as Word/Excel/etc

Desirable Skills

  • Previous administration skills or related field

Training

  • All training provided and additional support throughout
