Day to Day Duties
Working as a Telesales Administrator for our client your duties will be:
- Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
- Handling inbound calls
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Process orders
- Provide admin support to the Sales team
- Liaise with external companies
Essential Skills
As a Telesales Administrator it is essential that you:
- Previous telesales experience
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable making B2B and B2C calls
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft packages, such as Word/Excel/etc
Desirable Skills
- Previous administration skills or related field
Training
- All training provided and additional support throughout
