What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our client's team as a Band 8a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of oncology and haematology patients. In this role, you will:

  • Provide specialist pharmaceutical care for oncology/haematology patients

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise medication therapy

  • Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe prescribing practices

  • Offer expert advice to clinicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service improvements

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPhC registration

  • Prior NHS oncology/haematology pharmacy experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
