Job Description:We are currently seeking experienced aluminium window fabricators to join a well-established manufacturing team in the Smethwick area. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled individuals who take pride in producing high-quality aluminium windows and are looking for stable, full-time work.
Key Responsibilities:- Fabricating aluminium windows and doors to precise specifications
- Operating machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Assembling frames, glazing units, and fittings
- Quality checking finished products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Proven experience in aluminium window fabrication
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.50
- Daytime working hours - no weekends
