We are seeking a Plumber to perform repairs on social housing properties in Birmingham.
Candidates should have experience working on social housing contracts and a full UK driving license.
A clear criminal record is required, as DBS checks will be conducted.
The position offers a pay rate of £20.51 per hour and includes a company van and fuel card.
This is a long-term contract with 40 hours per week, and a permanent role may be available after 12 weeks.

We are currently looking for a Plumber to carry out repairs on social housing properties around Birmingham. After 12 weeks in this role there may be a permanent role available to you if it's something you wantThe Plumber will have to complete repairs on tenanted properties, with basic Multi Trade works required as and when.I am looking to speak to a Plumber who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving license
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Plumber will receive:

£20.51 per hour
Company van and fuel card
40 hours per week on a long term contract
Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks
