Compliance Administrator required to work with a leading Birmingham based Housing Association on a 6 month permanent contract.

My client requires an experience and professional compliance administrator to work on a 6 month fixed term contract to cover long term sickness.

You will have the ability to take ownership and responsibility for delivering a consistently high level of service within your team and across the business as a whole. You'll be solutions-focused in everything you do even in the face of challenges, and you will believe passionately in the social value derived from delivering outstanding services.

Salary: 28,923

Location: Birmingham - B37 region

Duration: 6 months fixed term contract (Maybe extended)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the correct operation and maintenance of Citizen compliance related administrative systems, procedures and processes
  • To provide clerical and administration support, including document preparation, photocopying, scanning, telephone call handling, meeting recording, diary management, system/data analysis
  • To contribute to the effective and safe operation of Citizen Compliance Hub, including the accurate use and maintenance of administration and financial systems
