With multiple industry accreditations, including Construction Line, Safe Contractor, CHAS, NERS, Achilles, ECA and NICEIC, they are committed to delivering safe, high-quality engineering solutions nationwide.
This is a pivotal role supporting business-wide compliance activities, ensuring documentation, reporting and operational processes meet all legal, regulatory and industry standards. You'll work closely with engineering, project and management teams to maintain high-quality compliance systems, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of compliance activities within a highly accredited engineering business, contributing directly to the safety, quality and reliability of major HV and renewable projects.
The Role:
Prepare, maintain and update compliance documentation to ensure full regulatory adherence.
Create, review and update compliance reports and internal records.
Support internal and external audits, inspections and accreditation renewals.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure regulatory and industry requirements are met.
Assist with the implementation, monitoring and improvement of compliance policies and procedures.
Support the management of documentation linked to certifications such as NERS, CHAS and similar frameworks.
The Person:
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
Understanding of finance-related processes within compliance or operational environments.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Familiarity with industry accreditations (NERS, CHAS, etc.) is highly advantageous.
