A growing professional services firm with national reach is looking to appoint a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support their expanding internal operations. You'll be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and contributing directly to the ethical and regulatory direction of the firm.

What's the Role?

As Compliance Manager, you'll help ensure the business remains fully aligned with relevant legal and professional regulations (e.g., ICAEW, AML, GDPR). This is a broad and visible role covering everything from risk assessment and policy development to compliance training and audit reviews. You'll have responsibility across:

  • Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Oversee policies, training, and monitoring to ensure standards are upheld across the firm.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively assess internal processes and help shape the future of compliance across multiple service lines.
  • Client Onboarding & AML Procedures: Lead due diligence frameworks and maintain robust reporting processes.
  • Monitoring & Audits: Regularly review internal controls, client files, and operational practices, and provide clear reporting to leadership.
  • Training & Culture: Drive awareness and promote a positive compliance culture that aligns with the firm's values.
