Key responsibilities for the Performance Strategy Manager:
- Drive the end-to-end development of their strategic and financial plan, ensuring it’s clear, compliant and customer focused.
- Ensure the plan aligns with regulatory requirements, including UNC, Ofgem, and internal frameworks
- Support teams in creating robust, value-for-money investment cases.
- Review and refine planning processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and impact year on year.
Skills and Experience required for the Performance Strategy Manager:
·Experience in regulated sectors such as energy, utilities, telecoms, infrastructure, or the public sector is highly desirable
·Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
·Strong analytical mindset
·Comfortable working with financial data, investment cases, and complex business models
