About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Director to join a prestigious law firm in Birmingham who are actively expanding on their planning consultancy services. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead our new planning consultancy team, working closely with our legal experts to deliver integrated solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
路Establish and develop a planning consultancy team.
路Provide strategic direction and leadership.
路Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
路Oversee complex planning projects.
路Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
路Collaborate with legal teams to offer comprehensive planning and legal solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
路Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or related field.
路Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent.
路Significant experience in a senior planning role.
路Proven team-building and leadership skills.
路Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
路Excellent project management and communication skills.
