Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Supply Teacher to join our agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons in various primary school settings.

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable teacher who is available for short- and long-term assignments and daily supply. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools and settings, and to build strong relationships with both teachers and students.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality and dynamic classroom instruction in a variety of primary schools across Birmingham.

Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment

Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student population

Plan, prepare and evaluate lessons to a high standard

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools, ideally covering EY-KS2

Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons

Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging behaviour

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
