Day-to-day of the role:

Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting (or strong placement experience for ECTs).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching.
A genuine passion for education—and the ability to stay calm when glitter is involved.
