Year 2 Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a multi form entry primary school in Alum Rock who are recruiting for a Year 2 Teacher in September. This would be a 1 year contract and the school are happy to consider both ECT's and experienced teachers.

This is a full time role to start September 2025 - July 2026 to teach a Year 2 class of mixed abilities and high number of EAL pupils. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the KS1 curriculum and experience teaching within KS1 previously. Prior experience or knowledge of Read Write Inc would also be beneficial but is not essential, as well as prior of experience of teaching year 2 in preparation for Year 2 SAT's.
