Primary Graduate Teaching AssistantAre you a graduate keen to gain school-based experience while supporting children’s learning in a primary setting?*** Primary Graduate TA*** September 2025 – July 2026*** £81–£102 per day*** Location: Ward of Selly Oak*** 1:1 and small group intervention supportThe RoleAs a Primary Graduate TA, you’ll work across the classroom to deliver targeted intervention sessions and 1:1 support for pupils who need a boost in literacy, numeracy, or confidence. You’ll assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities, adapting materials for different learning styles, and helping to track pupil progress. You’ll also play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and classroom engagement.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and a genuine interest in education. You might be considering a future in teaching or educational psychology and want hands-on experience in a real classroom. Any previous work with children—whether tutoring, volunteering, or in schools—is a big plus.
