REMOTE ROLE, ACCEPTING APPLICANTS NATIONWIDE
As Pharmacy IQA, you will be responsible for the delivery and quality assurance of all programmes delivered. Managing a team of trainers and implementing high-quality coaching and assessment strategies whilst also adhering to quality assurance processes that validate the quality of induction, progress delivery and EPA support.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all learners receive a high-quality experience throughout their apprenticeship journey, in alignment with internal expectations and external regulatory requirements.
- Support learners from the outset by planning their learning intent within the Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and delivering robust Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and clients, ensuring a reputation for excellence in service and delivery.
- Operate within an established quality framework to promote consistency and support learner progression.
- Organise and contribute to standardisation activities, encouraging the sharing of best practices across delivery teams.
- Plan and conduct verification activities to ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to support the implementation of quality assurance processes in line with organisational goals.
- Work closely with the Curriculum and Quality Lead to carry out internal quality assurance activities.
- Conduct Observations of Teaching, Learning and Assessment (OTLAs) and learning walks, contributing to the overall quality strategy.
- Participate in internal audits to support quality assurance and compliance efforts.
- Maintain strong collaborative links with colleagues to maximise the use of existing expertise and resources.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the organisation.
- Keep professional practice records up to date to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Engage in continuous professional development through relevant training and the exchange of best practices.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across all activities.
- Adhere to safeguarding, Prevent, and health and safety policies, maintaining vigilance for any concerns or risks.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Perform any additional duties as required by the Quality Manager.
