What you'll be doing:
Leading your own NPD projects from concept through to launch
Creating innovative products across both branded and own-label accounts
Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical and commercial
Presenting ideas, managing timelines, and ensuring successful product delivery
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience in New Product Development (NPD)
Confident running projects independently and managing deadlines
Strong creative and commercial mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
