Hybrid working - 2-3 days / week on site in Birmingham

Product Manager required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a Product Manager to come on board to Will be responsible for the continued strategic evolution of our core data and analytics products across the landscape. This encompasses overseeing ongoing delivery, pipeline management, enhancements in quality and reliability, solution maintenance, governance frameworks, and supplier relationships.

Responsible for shaping and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with senior business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals and drive value. This includes fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, tracking and promoting adoption through regular metrics and reporting, and cultivating internal communities to increase awareness and engagement across the clients landscape. A significant focus of the role will be on delivering and embedding financial data and analytics products

Keys skills and responsibilities:

* Previous Product Management experience* Lead and contribute to initiatives within the Data and Analytics workstream, raising awareness of the team's goals and embedding data-driven practices into day-to-day operations* Focus on driving internal adoption and awareness of data and analytics solutions, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into business-as-usual activities to enhance the overall product suite.* Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, working collaboratively to understand business needs and challenges, and deliver tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions.* Proactively supporting the upskilling of stakeholders in the use of data and analytics products.* Promote and foster a data-driven culture through regular engagement, education, and collaboration across teams.* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different contexts and audiences.* Strong influencing skills, particularly when working with senior business stakeholders.* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver practical, scalable solutions.* Confident and credible when engaging with stakeholders, with a focus on building long-term, trusted relationships.* Technically proficient, with the capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for a wide range of audiences.* Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive approach.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders.
