Are you a creative Product Designer or UI/UX designer ready to take the leap into product ownership? We’re looking for someone with a passion for user experience and a knack for problem-solving to step into a Product Owner role and help shape the future of our products.
This is an exciting opportunity to transition into a product-focused position where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and play a key role in an agile environment. You’ll be the voice of the user, using your design expertise to translate feedback into actionable stories and drive innovation.
What You'll Do:
- Translate user needs into well-defined product stories and user designs
- Collaborate on vision, roadmaps, and feature planning
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and customer focus groups
- Use analytics and feedback to inform product decisions
- Work with teams across the UK and internationally
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking
- A curious mindset with a desire to grow into a Product Owner role
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Figma, Aha!
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Agile product development experience
