NEOS Engineering are partnered with a global OEM of mobile cranes who are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive sales across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class brand, selling high-value mobile crane solutions to key accounts in construction, lifting, and plant hire.

The Role
- Manage and grow sales of mobile cranes across your designated UK territory.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Sell a full range of OEM mobile crane solutions to contractors, plant hire companies, and industrial clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Represent a globally recognised brand with excellent aftersales and support services.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling mobile cranes or heavy lifting equipment.
- Strong network in the construction, plant hire, or lifting sectors.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in the UK with the ability to travel across the territory as required.
