Are you passionate about driving real change, improving processes, and building a culture of continuous improvement? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as a Continuous Improvement Lead, playing a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance across our site.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead the continuous improvement strategy, coach and mentor cross-functional teams, and help embed a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Continuous Improvement Strategy - Champion the deployment of the Production System and embed standards and performance metrics across the business.
  • Develop and Deliver the Improvement Plan - Shape and execute the site-wide improvement roadmap with clear goals and outcomes.
  • Drive the "One Plan" - Lead improvement projects focused on Materials, Right First Time, Yield, Rework Reduction, Cost Reduction and more.
  • Coach and Support Teams - Train and guide teams in Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and drive value-added activities.
  • 6S Governance - Oversee and develop the site-wide 6S program in line with standards; implement action plans to continuously uplift performance.
  • Digitalisation Leadership - Lead the implementation of key digital tools, including OEE systems, digital audits for safety, quality, and training (SQCDP).
  • Facilitate Kaizen and Problem-Solving Events - Encourage collaborative workshops and structured problem-solving initiatives (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D, DMAIC).

What You'll Bring

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or actively working towards accreditation)
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Proven success delivering CI projects/programmes in manufacturing
  • Strong background in data-driven process improvement
  • Familiarity with high-performance environments such as aerospace or automotive
  • Skilled in problem-solving tools and project management methodologies
