Lead Engineer
Salary: £47,000 - £51,000

Location: Stirchley, Birmingham
We're partnering with a leading industrial manufacturer to recruit a Lead Engineer with an electrical bias. This role involves diagnosing faults on electrical systems, supporting equipment upgrades and reliability improvements, and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement efforts across the plant.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, is keen to grow their technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical areas, and is seeking long-term career development within a stable, forward-thinking organisation.
Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:
- Multi skilled Electrical Bias
- Must have a minimum Level 3 engineering qualification
- Industrial/ Manufacturing Background
- Familiarity with PLCs
- Preventative and reactive maintenance experience
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance logging systems
- Experience carrying out PPMS and attending Breakdowns
