Assistant Project Manager

One of the region’s most well-established Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Assistant Project Manager in Birmingham to join their Hotels team.

THE COMPANY

The client is an award-winning Consultancy with huge growth plans for the coming years. They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some key clients. Projects can range from Public to Private sector randing from £500k - £2 million plus.

THE POSITION 

They are actively looking to recruit a Assistant Project Manager to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will visit sites across the UK, schedule Client meetings to discuss project updates, tender contracts, and engage in Contract Administration duties.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Project Manager must: 

• Have a construction related degree 

• Have some industry experience either as a Graduate/ Assistant Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Engineer although fresh Graduates will also be considered 

• Have a great attitude and work ethic 

• Have good communication and client facing skills
