As an Associate (Engineering/Construction) Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing some of the most exciting projects in the energy sector. You will contribute to our ambitious Net Zero goals, including the delivery of 50GW of offshore wind by 2030 and the implementation of innovative technologies like T-pylons.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Project Management: Assist the EPC Project Manager in administering EPC contracts (FIDIC, NEC3, NEC4) across a diverse project portfolio.
  • Financial Management: Help manage budgets, forecast spend profiles and ensure financial efficiency within target parameters.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, maintaining a detailed risk register and reporting monthly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Safety Leadership: Champion safety within the team, conducting safety tours and promoting our 'Safe to Say' policy.

About You:

You are a logical problem solver, great communicator, and committed to contributing to a cleaner energy future, with demonstrable Project Management experience.

Ideally, you have:

  • A HND in engineering or project management (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in engineering and utilities.
  • A valid driving licence, with the ability to travel as needed.
