A well-established construction consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a confident and driven Project Manager to join their expanding team. The Project Manager will support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial, education, and residential sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a reputable consultancy environment.

The successful Project Manager will be joining a collaborative and highly skilled team, delivering high-quality construction projects for both public and private sector clients. The Project Manager will take ownership of schemes from inception to completion, working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will manage projects through all RIBA stages, preparing reports, leading design team meetings, monitoring progress and costs, and ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Director, the role provides structured career development.

This position would suit a Project Manager with prior consultancy or client-side experience, ideally having worked on projects within the built environment.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or a related discipline
Ideally chartered or working towards MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB
2+ years' experience in a similar consultancy/client-side role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Project and relevant software
