Gleeson Recruitment have just been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Midlands based organisation. We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who has experience with end to end large scale technical transformation and complex projects.
IT Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects to customer requirements, deadlines, and budgets
- Lead the project team, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and plan and track project timelines
- Develop best practices for project execution and management, draft and submit budget proposals, and assign tasks to team members
- Identify and resolve project issues, proactively manage changes in project scope, and coach and mentor the project team
IT Project Manager Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing IT projects
- Experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Business process modelling and requirements analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and strong motivation and time management skills
- Valid UK Driving License
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred, Prince 2 Practitioner certification is a plus
