Project Manager – 11kV to 132kV | ICP & Renewable Energy Projects
£65,000 to £75,000 + vehicle/travel + benefits
I am recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-structured ICP contractor. The business is making a number of key hires this year as part of a clear plan to expand into a full turnkey EPC and ICP provider.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with hands-on 132kV project delivery experience to lead upcoming projects and play a key role in shaping how the business delivers.
Role:
- Lead full project delivery across 11kV to 132kV ICP projects
- Manage both office and site-based teams
- Take ownership of programme, risk, cost, and quality
- Oversee all project documentation: method statements, risk assessments, as-built records, handover packs, client reports and CDM compliance
- Ensure DNO and grid connection requirements are met
- Build strong relationships with clients, DNOs, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the improvement of project processes and delivery standards
Experience Required:
- Proven delivery of ICP projects, specifically 132kV
- Full project lifecycle experience — from civils to commissioning and client handover
- Strong on-site leadership, not just office-based project management
- Good knowledge of project documentation and compliance requirements
- Understanding of DNO and grid connection processes
- Experience building and managing delivery teams
- Looking to add value to the business, not just deliver projects
Package:
- £65,000 to £75,000
