Candidates should have strong pre and post contract experience along with a background in construction consultancy as a Project Manager.
The salary for this position ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, and the company offers 25 days of holiday and a 6% pension contribution.
The role also provides support for achieving MRICS status and opportunities for career progression while working a 5-hour week.

Fast paced, dynamic construction consultancy with offices across the UK are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for their Birmingham office.

There are a variety of projects that the Senior Project Manager will work on mainly in the education and healthcare sectors. Including new build and high end refurbishment work, so previous experience in those fields would be ideal.

The Senior Project Manager

Joining as a Senior Project Manager, you shall provide both pre and post contract roles with guidance from a Director.

You will also be responsible for running projects from inception through to completion.
