FTSE 250 Company is hiring a Work winning Project Manager on a full-time basis.
The role involves taking ownership of a project, managing it from tender to completion, and ensuring aftercare is available.
Responsibilities include working with the pre-construction team, attending site visits, producing tender documentation, and being part of the interview team.
Once a project is secured, the project manager will be responsible for producing construction plans, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project reports and client meetings.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a No. 1 with a Tier 1 Fit-out Contractor.

With a turnover of over £80 million London's leading Bespoke Joinery Contractor are seeking for a Project Manager to join them on a full time basis.

The role of a Work winning Project Manager entails

Take ownership of a project they have been allocated to
Manage the Project from Tender, through Construction to Completion and Handover
Ensuring aftercare is in place and available on completion.
Manage & oversee the joinery installation on site
Attending the initial site visit,
Producing a tender programme, construction commentary and logistics strategy and commentary, that will form part of the tender submittal
Be part of the interview team

The ideal Project manager would be expected to run the project from start to finish. Producing the Construction phase health and safety plan, must have a minimum of 5 years expeirence working for a Joinery Contractor.Must be able to review Risk assessments and Method statements from all sub-contractors. Hold weekly site coordination meetings, which will include design coordination.Managing the quality control of the joinery packages and ensure deadlines are met.
