FTSE 250 Company to work for, with a turnover of over £125 million within Fit-Out and Refurbishment are on the lookout for a Work winning Project Manager to join their business on a fill time basis.The role of a Work winning Project Manager entails * Take ownership of a project they have been allocated to * Manage the Project from Tender, through Construction to Completion and Handover * Ensuring aftercare is in place and available on completion.

* Work with the Pre-construction team, * Attending the initial site visit, * Producing a tender programme, construction commentary and logistics strategy and commentary, that will form part of the tender submittal * Be part of the interview team * Pre-Construction * Through to deliver * AftercareWhen the project is secured, the project manager would be expected to run the project from start to finish.

Producing the Construction phase health and safety plan, Producing a construction programme, hold pre-start meetings with sub-contractors once the packages have been agreed with the Contracts manager.

Review Risk assessments and Method statements from all sub-contractors. Hold weekly site coordination meetings, which will include design coordination.

Produce Project reports for the end user / client, as and when the project dictates. Hold client meetings to review the project report, which will include any Health & Safety items, reporting against programme, Information required and environmental reporting.Managing the quality control of the build phase.

All information during the construction phase will be managed and controlled by the Project manager,from issue of drawings to request for information and the issuing of instructions to sub-contractors.The ideal Project Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a No.

1 with a Tier 1 Fit-out Contractor,must be able to take ownership of a project they have been allocated to and manage that Project from Tender,through Construction to Completion and Handover Ensuring aftercare is in place and available on completion.Should this role be of interest please send your cv to the below email address
