Job Title: Site Manager / Junior Project Manager

Salary: 35-45k

Location: Midlands - covering West Midlands and East Midlands

Sector: Social Housing - Reactive Maintenance

We are seeking a motivated Site Manager or Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in the Midlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering reactive maintenance works across social housing contracts, ensuring high standards, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on multiple social housing sites
• Work closely with and manage a project coordinator
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Conduct regular site visits, ensuring works are progressing to schedule
• Interpret and manage works using the NatFed Schedule of Rates
• Collaborate effectively with the wider project and operational teams
• Provide clear communication with operatives, clients, and subcontractors
• Manage internal and external construction works

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a site management or junior project management role
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
• Experience within social housing and reactive maintenance
• Familiarity with the NatFed Schedule of Rates is highly desirable
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence

- Note Junior PM will require Black Card or proof of working towards.

- SMSTS & First Aid required
