Plot Conveyancer – Residential DevelopmentBirmingham | Full-time | Hybrid Working

Join a market-leading Residential Development team as a Plot Conveyancer. You’ll manage your own caseload of plot sales for major national and regional housebuilders, supported by a cutting-edge case management system.

What You’ll Do:

Handle your own portfolio of plot sales
Work directly with clients in a fast-paced, supportive team
Use advanced tech and streamlined processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and client management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Commercially aware, organised and calm under pressure
Comfortable using IT systems (case management experience a plus)
