From move-in to check-out, you’ll be the key contact for both clients and residents, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience and optimal asset performance. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and care.This is more than just a property role—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and adding value to clients’ investments.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated portfolio, enhancing rental income and minimising void periods
- Build trusted relationships with both clients and residents, offering tailored support
- Provide regular updates, reports, and rental price reviews to clients
- Oversee maintenance requests and repairs with speed and professionalism
- Collaborate with the lettings team to ensure quick and high-quality re-lettings
- Support property compliance, legal notices, and rent arrears management
- Conduct periodic and ad hoc property inspections
- Handle deposit release and end-of-tenancy processes efficiently

Working Conditions:

- Approx. 90% office-based, with 10% of time on-site or visiting clients

- £25,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
