This is an ideal role for a customer-focused professional looking to build a rewarding career in the property sector.Role Overview:As a Property Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of high-quality city centre apartments. From move-in to check-out, you’ll be the key contact for both clients and residents, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience and optimal asset performance. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and care.This is more than just a property role—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and adding value to clients’ investments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio, enhancing rental income and minimising void periods
  • Build trusted relationships with both clients and residents, offering tailored support
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and rental price reviews to clients
  • Oversee maintenance requests and repairs with speed and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the lettings team to ensure quick and high-quality re-lettings
  • Support property compliance, legal notices, and rent arrears management
  • Conduct periodic and ad hoc property inspections
  • Handle deposit release and end-of-tenancy processes efficiently
