I am sourcing an experienced HRIS Manager for a 12 month FTC to take ownership of a major HR systems transformation project. This is a hands-on role leading the end-to-end delivery of a new HR Information System.

This role is based in the West Midlands on a hybrid basis.

HRIS Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HRIS workstream from planning to post-launch.
  • Partner with senior HR and project stakeholders to make smart design and configuration decisions.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, and system readiness for multiple go-live phases.
  • Manage a small team of HRIS Analysts, ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Develop user training, documentation, and deliver an exceptional rollout experience.

HRIS Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS or HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Excellent project leadership and communication skills.
