My client, an international not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial support on a 6 month contract. This is a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting global teams with accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Developing and maintaining strong internal controls
Acting as a trusted advisor to non-financial stakeholders
Preparing and presenting management accounts and variance analysis
Supporting statutory reporting and audits
Regular visits to partner offices to monitor compliance and provide training
About you:
Immediately available - or available within 4 weeks
Degree in Finance/Accountancy with final-stage ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent
Strong experience in financial and management accounting, preferably in an international or donor-funded environment
Advanced Excel and experience working with complex finance systems
Ability to present financial information clearly to diverse, non-financial stakeholders
Understanding of financial compliance and risk management
Willingness to travel internationally on a quarterly basis
Knowledge of Arabic is essential
