Digital Content & Communications Coordinator

We're looking for a creative and organised Digital Content & Communications Coordinator to manage and grow our client's digital presence. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update content across websites, ensuring it's current, engaging, and optimised for SEO.

  • Create and schedule digital content across social media, email, and web platforms.

  • Develop visuals and videos using tools like Canva and Adobe Express.

  • Work with teams to gather real-life stories and turn them into compelling campaigns.

  • Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track performance and refine content strategies.

  • Support in creating email marketing campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a digital communications or marketing role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and organisational skills.

  • Experience with CMS, CRM, email marketing tools, and design platforms like Canva or Adobe Suite.

  • A collaborative mindset and confidence working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
