We are seeking a diligent and experienced Procurement Lead for a key role within our Procurement & Supply Chain department. This role is critical in managing the procurement processes and driving cost savings for the company.

  • Overseeing and managing the entire procurement processes.

  • Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Managing and developing the procurement team.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business.
  • Implementing procurement strategies that align with company objectives and goals.
  • Reporting on procurement activities and performance.

Profile

A successful Procurement Lead should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management & supplier relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • To have a track record of driving change and maturing a procurement function
  • A strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies.
  • The ability to lead and develop a team.
