Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Birmingham based client in their search for a Purchase Ledger Officer to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading business, whilst playing an integral role within a successful team. This position offers hybrid working upon completion of training.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
- Experience working within a fast paced AP environment
- Accurately processing purchase invoices
- Overseeing employee expenses
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing payment runs
- Supporting with month end
- Ensuring VAT is accurately administered to invoices
- Confider user of Excel
- Query resolution
