Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham
Base Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 | OTE: 30,000 - 35,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and personable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a growing estate agency in Birmingham. With a recently acquired branch undergoing revitalisation, this role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team poised for significant growth.

Working closely with an experienced Branch Manager and Senior Negotiator, alongside a couple of enthusiastic new starters, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and expanding the branch's strong lettings portfolio, which currently accounts for around 90% of business activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing the lettings portfolio, with some involvement in sales

  • Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing deals

  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective buyers

  • Supporting the branch team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

  • Contributing to the branch's reputation for excellent customer service and local expertise

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings is highly desirable; sales experience is a bonus

  • Confident, proactive, and well-organised with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong local knowledge of the Birmingham area is beneficial

  • A valid UK driver's licence is essential; access to a car is desirable but not essential
