Quality Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Automotive Quality Technician to support quality processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in driving the resolution of both internal and external quality concerns, ensuring compliance with automotive standards, and supporting production teams in delivering high-quality components to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue, track, and enforce Quality Alerts, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Conduct or verify audits on process to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in line trials and validate outcomes against quality expectations.
  • Support operations and production teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • ONC (or equivalent) in Quality/Control Techniques or Engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plans.
  • In-depth understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 automotive quality standards.
  • Understanding of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external customers.
