Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for construction and cost management We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career and gain hands-on experience across a variety of exciting projects. You’ll be working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, helping to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the preparation of estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.

  • Supporting measurement and valuation of works on-site.

  • Helping with contract administration and monitoring variations.

  • Conducting regular site visits and liaising with contractors and consultants.

  • Maintaining accurate cost reports and project documentation.

  • Providing financial forecasting and progress updates to senior staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

  • Familiarity with QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) is an advantage.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
