What we are looking for:

  • A degree level in Quantity Surveying, construction costmanagment or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in running your own projects, quantity surveying / project management for either a Construction Company, Private Practice orrelated businesses.
  • A credited member of the RICS
  • A driving licence and own car - Willingness to travel to sites across the UK as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead on a range of construction projects and supervising the the work of the Quantity Surveyors, Assistants and Apprentices in your team, and helpthem fulfill their potential.
  • Take the lead as the main point of contact with the project client and other consultants from the design team.
  • Working independently and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects that you work on.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and developing excellent time management strategies.
  • Actively seeking new project opportunities for the businessand promoting our services at every opportunity including attendance and involvement at appropriate networking and marketing events.
  • Taking responsbility for allocated Key Client Accounts, building a relationship with our Key Clients, ensuring complete satisfaction with the bsuiness, and nurturing new work opportunities
