The Construction Project Manager position is for an established Birmingham based main contractor who work on projects in the commercial and life-sciences sector.
The role is for a Construction Project Manager carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Programme management
- Managing site managers and trades
- Controlling project variations
- Health & safety
- Managing materials
Requirements for the Construction Project Manager role are:
- Minimum of 2years experience
- Experience in fit-out projects.
- Experience with either commercial projects or life-science projects.
- Autonomously running projects.
