Telecoms Infrastructure Inspection Project Manager - Permanent
Up to 60,000 + standard company benefits - West Midlands (Full-time on site)
Key Skills / Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Task Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects on telecom towers and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Supplier Management:
- Liaise with and manage a network of suppliers for inspections and maintenance works.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
PMO & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in line with PMO standards.
- Track budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
Inspection & Maintenance Oversight:
- Oversee inspection programs for tower integrity, corrosion, and safety compliance.
- Examples include:
- Concrete footing inspections
- Aircraft warning light inspections
- Tower corrosion assessments
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure all works adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Essential Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of corrosion prevention, structural integrity, and aviation safety requirements.
- Experience with PMO frameworks and reporting tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
- ProvenProject Managementexperience in telecoms or related infrastructure.
- Strong understanding ofcapital projectsandmaintenance programs.
- Familiarity with inspection processes for telecom towers and associated assets.
- Excellenttask management, organizational, and delivery-focused mindset.
- Budget management and cost control experience.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
