An ambitious, fast-growing Cost Management consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing Birmingham team. The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will report to a highly supportive Associate and work across the full project lifecycle - from early-stage cost planning through to final accounts. The role offers an impressive variety of project exposure, allowing you to specialise in your preferred sector or operate across the company's busy portfolio which includes Commercial, Residential, Education, Data Centres, Fit Out, and Hotels.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
- Quantity Surveying degree qualification (BSc or MSc)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
- Good pre and post cost contract experience
- Experience working on projects from inception to completion
