The Company

A well-established engineering company is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing global entertainment design team in their office in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to work for a leader in the market with a portfolio of complex and niche projects. This role is available on a hybrid working arrangement.

The Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll be actively preparing and managing forecast, budgets and financial reports throughout different projects whilst negotiating and managing contracts. Also, you'll manage the procurement processes, including subcontractor management whilst working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide cost advice, risk assessments and support.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience working in the themed or creative sector would be an advantage. If not, experience within construction or fit-out is essential.
  • Previous experience managing subcontractors.
  • 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
